" I am very grateful to have had this opportunity- a space to connect deeply within, to evolve, to grow, to be free, and to live with awareness and a loving appreciation of the wonderful woman that I now believe myself to be".
This course invites you to explore a holistic vision of life which embraces the wisdom of our bodies , our emotions, our insights and imagination, and our deeper soulful selves.
The intention of this course is to invite a connection with our deeper, instinctual, and soulful selves. By creating a sanctuary space to explore our inner nature, we may reclaim our true sense of self, beneath the layers of cultural conditioning. This has implications for our physical and psychological health, our relationships, and our sense of meaning and purpose in life.
This can bring a renewed way of experiencing and engaging with life. As we embrace our deepest instincts, embedded within our bodies, hearts and souls, we can unfold the compassion, inclusivity, deep listening, healing, wholeness, and empowerment that are our birthright. This can bring renewal to both ourselves as individuals, and to our communities as it ripples out into our world.
"I am living this renewed and expanded awareness, like a light shining from the inside out. I feel less fear, more confidence, and balance to live as I choose- to embrace my whole self. Aisling is a gifted teacher, who is wonderfully skilled and experienced. She listens respectfully, and offers her wisdom sensitively".
As an embodied approach, we will draw deeply on nature's intelligence as is encoded in our somas ( or body-minds).
Nature's inherent harmony and our body wisdom will be our wise guides, and the territory to be explored will be the creative matrix of our earliest stages of life. Through exploring our earliest arrival into form, we explore the roots of our belonging, and what body wisdom supports us along the way.
We can open opportunities for healing and transformation, potentially finding new pathways of being that are in harmony with a deeper, more soulful sense of self, one that is deeply rooted in the wisdom of our instinctual nature.
" I would whole-heartedly recommend Aisling's course. I was a bit unsure about what I was signing up for, but something in me resonated and this was consolidated when I met Aisling in person...She is a wise, kind soul with the most amazing facilitation skills! She allows space and draws you into a world where you can become creative and open to your thoughts, your past, your sensuality...If you are looking for something truly nourishing, treat yourself to this".

" This journey has been one of a kind for me....Week after week, a sense of flow and spontaneity accompanied the meetings skilfully organised by Aisling...while the course unfolded, I allowed myself to go deeply within and felt Aisling's warm and knowing guidance shine a light where it was most needed... "The doors to the world of the wild Self are few but precious.
If you have a deep scar, that is a door, if you have an old, old story, that is a door.
If you love the sky and the water so much you almost cannot bear it, that is a door.
If you yearn for a deeper life, a full life, a sane life, that is a door.”

More on the Feminine:
" This natural coalition is drawn together by the recognition that the elevation of consciousness is our fundamental life work. This is the condition of or our humanity. This is why we’re here. It is a genuinely democratic, self-organising power, flowing through persons of all descriptions, women and men together, all cultures, all walks of life. It is found in a woman sweeper of streets in Bangladesh and in the presence and discourses of the Dalai Lama. It is exquisitely demonstrated in human service endeavours, for example where people take hands and centre themselves before going out to work with gangs in East Chicago. This power does not flourish as any highly structured form. It is not an institution or a foundation or a religion or anything conventionally named. This coalition is a living organism — natural, free and developing from the ground up. It is made up of individuals devoted to serving the world and developing themselves as finely-tuned instruments of service. They learn to gather in the energy of will-to-good, from which authentic goodwill flows out subtly to the entire world".
